At A&S Synergy, we offer comprehensive pre-insulated pipe network systems which are suitable in most industrial applications. Our services include supply and installation of various series (1, 2 and 3) of pre-insulated pipe of different sizes, ranging from carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, PEX and various sizes of flexible pipe such as PEX-Flex and Steel-Flex.
The pipes we install are insulated with polyurethane foam. Its efficiency helps the media being transported to maintain temperature that ranges between -200OC to +120OC. Depending on our client’s requirement, we can provide alternative carriers that will suit other temperature ranges higher than +120OC.
The pipe and the insulation foam are covered with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) jackets which give the pipe system its resistance to chemicals and are watertight, impact proof and weatherproof. The continuity of the jointed pipeline is enabled through the welding of the outer jacket with HDPE, either by fusion welding or using shrink joints.
A&S Synergy installations can include integrated surveillance systems that are designed with a set of embedded alarm wires to service the pipe. With the surveillance system, underground leaks are easily detected, and approximate location of leaks can be found and repaired accordingly.
